Recipe: Truffle Kettle Corn

I made the most amazing discovery recently. Kettle Corn with a dash of Truffle Olive Oil - both from your friendly neighborhood Trader Joe's!
At $1.99 a bag, this kettle corn is the real deal. You wouldn't expect store-bought kettle corn to be so crunchy, tasty, and cheap! (Side note: it also helps that eating kettle corn is slightly healthier than eating chips.)
But what is kettle corn without Black Truffle flavored Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A dash of this good stuff will have you reaching for your bowl of kettle corn again and again. (Does it help that olive oil at a moderate amount is good for you?). Only $4.99 a bottle, and this stuff will last you quite some time, granted that you don't gobble it up immediately.
For those of you who haven't had the good fortune to try anything truffle flavored: do yourself a favor, and please do! Some bars/restaurants/food trucks often have truffle flavored french fries or tator tots. It's a very flagrant flavor that is not overpowering.
This is a great alternative to buttered popcorn.
Let me know if you've had the opportunity to try this combination of Trader Joe's products yet!

Yum. I have both these things, but never put it together. You're a genius! I'm getting more kettle corn on my next TJ run!
